Because it's hard to sell a house, especially when you're rich and in no need to sell it fast.

Judging on the picture alone, that's definitely Whitefish Bay area.

FWIW, there's a post in that facebook thread that claims the house is in River Hills, Wisconsin. Based on a purchase from the previous owner. Not saying it's legit, but it seems as good a guess as any.

Bucks point guard buys River Hills home for $1.65 million
By Andrew Weiland

The Bucks acquired Carter-Williams from the Philadelphia 76ers in a trade earlier this year.

Carter-Williams purchased a five-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home at 9200 N. Upper River Road in River Hills from Jill Westveer, according to state records.

The home, built in 2005, was listed for sale in February for $1.95 million. The property has an assessed value of $1.55 million, according to Milwaukee County records.

The home sits on a 5.3-acre site and has an in-ground swimming pool and a three-car garage.

Good line. If he can't improve in that area there will be a for sale sign up in 24 months.
