I don't know him and have never met him. But he has a grating girly voice and should stay off the air. Forever.

Has Wickett learned anything about sports in K.C.?

He was so horrid here, hope he figured out that you have to know a little about sports other than the best players on teams to talk on radio about sports.

I checked his twitter timeline after he got RT'ed into mine the other night. Pretty much zero sports going on in that TL. Not sure what he does in KC, but yeah I'm not tuning in.

Yeah, he is not a sports guy. He's more of a professional drunk that listens to other people talk about sports and then repeats the 10% he comprehended the next day.

He seems perfect for BuzzFeed though.

I don't think he works for a sports station in KC. Seems more like a general talk what's on your mind kind of station.

I've turned to like Bart since taken over. He's the only radio personality at that station that you can say is genuine and believable with the things he say.

The big show is like a scripted reality show. I cannot take it anymore

Yeah, I think he has been pretty good other then when they do that schtick where they spend 5 minutes talking past one another and Freeman can't understand why he is pissing off Bart...it is kind of like Ellerson "who's that joker again" when he clearly knows exactly who the person is

Gary Ellerson pisses me off when he pretends to be dumb. He only does it to be funny and to be a character on the radio, he pretends to be dumb to hide the fact he doesnt know much outside of some football.

That station is awful from top to bottom. Not a single person there that would make me ever tune in. Gary and LeRoy should never be allowed to talk about anything outside of football. They literally make zero sense talking about anything else.

Was listening to some Bill Michael's pods with Woelfel, etc.

Always amazes me how much that guys brain doesn't focus on who he's got on the air with him at that moment. I get the feeling he's surfing the web most of the time. You really hear it at the end of interviews when he says goodbye to a guest. Sounds like his voice is the in other room fixated on a porn hub or news site story. "Hey....uh...uh, great you could join us".

He's definitely surfing the web. You can hear him typing on his computer most of the time. My guess is he's looking at the Cousin Subs menu or replying to bullies on Twitter.

I always just skip his show when he comes on. He acts like he knows the NBA but he's so bad at talking about it and he's always pronouncing guys names wrong or completely off base on a topic.
