Re: Player of the Game - Bucks vs. Cavs
Antetokounmpo has improved drastically in the last 12 months. A year ago he was showing signs of breaking out. Now he is playing at a high level every game. His growth has been remarkable. He had a remarkable game - 34 points and only one made basket that was not at the rim. Even though he was doing little scoring other than at the rim, the defense still could not stop him. This is what happens when a defense does not pack the paint against Giannis.
Parker has also grown a ton in the last 12 months. A year ago we were talking minutes restrictions. Now Parker has expanded his game beyond the arc. The coaching staff must get some credit for the positive growth trajectory of these two young players.
Beasley is slowly becoming a decent player off the bench. He took Teletovic's minutes against the Cav's because he did so well on both ends. His defense against Lebron took some pressure off Giannis, who did not have to guard Lebron. Beasley deserves some credit for Giannis' stellar offensive numbers this game.

Voted for Giannis, but I will say that I was very tempted to vote for...
Tony Snell - still not MCW

Look at how far from the basket he is when he picks up his dribble!

Seriously though, how much better of a fit was that transaction? He fits so well.

Decent player, good fit. Not a starter imo.
