What's this tingly feeling in my pants? I like it.
Seriously watching Giannis play and his giant strides are so much fun.

Durant should be a bitch and join up with the most improved player and rookie of the year imo.

Greek food is awesome but it's a bit of an acquired taste, you gotta develop the taste buds for it, especially the Turkish influence of it which most westerners find it too rich.
Turks have something that we never had: an empire and a palace with imperial cooks who were using the most expensive materials, finetuning stuff and writing cook books for centuries. Greece on the other hand was a poor country in most of recent history and people developed a knack for creating interesting tastes by making the best out of humble locally produced ingredients, and recepies were passed down by word of mouth. The end result is never going to be culinary science like the French or the Chinese have, but it's still an amazing fusion. Greece is one of few places on earth where food is so super important that people commonly talk about it all the time and even plan holidays and gatherings based on it and even do excursions specifically to places that offer favourite dishes. it's a good place for foodies.

Don't be moronic or at least hold your self before providing inaccuracies.. Turks were nomads and had no knowledge on food whatsoever.. They ve found a very sophisticated cuisine and architecture when they conquered the Byzantine Empire.. The cooks and the Builders where the 2 single categories of civilians that Mohamed the 2nd pardoned and embraced in the newly formed Ottoman Empire. Anywayz, this is not the place for such kind of debate.

Oh, to be sure, I love a lot of Greek food. It shares a lot of commonalities with Middle Eastern cuisine, of which I grew up with. Obviously that's in part due to the cultural exchange which took place throughout history.

Eh, hold yourself to the same standard. To say that the Ottomans had no knowledge of food or architecture before the conquering of Constantinople and the fall of the Byzantine Empire is simply false.
But you're right, that's a discussion for another time.

Thats right, it needs to be pointed out that the influence of the Ottoman empire on greek food was influenced by the Byzantine empire 564 years ago.
Next chapter, how cavemen cooked their dinosaur and the impact on the modern kebab. Stay tuned.

Never said that, on the contrary the Ottoman Empire was among the most advanced cultural empires.. excelled in many ways, due to it's nature.. though conquered many, the major ethnical groups remained under some sort of autonomy which allowed them to blend and contribute also.. The Eastern Roman Empire hasn't fallen with the fall of the Constantinopole, it was fallen long before that.. The breaking point was the 9th Century with the issues of the influence to the territory of Moravia and the Slavic population.. that dispute ended up with the Patriarch sending Cyril to territories contested by Rome, thus leading to the condemnation of the patriarch of Constantinopole from the patriarch of Rome, leading eventually to the break of the churches and the division of the Roman Empire in 2 pieces and the breaking of the churches with filloque in 1054.. The west started contesting the East.. The Western maintained the Latin laguage, the Eastern selected the Greek.. eventually it ended up with the crusades and the sucking of Constantinopole by the Crusaders at 1204.. from that point on, the Byzantine empire was over.. and it was only a matter of time till it was permanent..
In any case, cultural merges happened, ethnical diversity helped to the advancement of many aspects of civilization in those 2 empires and cooking was a part of it..
Now, this is a place of sports and fun and that is not a debate to start here.. but statements about the taste and the texture of the Greek food and the influences etc is not the place.

People make fake accounts that look identical to the creator of the videos and then make comments for attention on YouTube all the time. If KD actually made a comment on his video there would be a blue box behind his name, or a check mark next to his name on mobile devices to verify it's actually him. But KD would never make a comment like that, makes him sound like a complete idiot.
