Kinda both. Yuffie had standalone DLC in Remake (it was awesome). She's integrated in this time.

Yuffie was the DLC.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

Cultured I SEE. I also think they improve Aerith quite a bit. I think Vincent is in this game isnt he? I bet he's pretty fun.

I think Vincent and Cid are both non-playable, like Red from Remake.

Good chance we get that as DLC then

Not sure it was worth it vs. continuing the story, which I was really missing, so not sure I'll do it again in the next open world area. May cheat it a little bit and look up what the rewards are to decide what I do, and otherwise just prioritize the actual side quests and maybe the battles.

P.S. I want more QB. Everyone should be challenge-able :(

I'm just doing stuff till i get bored then moving on. I'll probably do a more thorough playthrough when i unlock the next tier of combat difficulty. Combat is so fun.

I also did everything in the Grasslands. By the time I started doing quests I had everything unlocked so bouncing around the area was nice a quick.

Just started Chapter 3. I think Red XIII is my favorite character. He just wrecks everything. Stardust Ray is OP as hell.

I like fast combat so Tifa is my favorite. Her unbridled strength is op af

Approaching Junon is insane. Seeing my childhood in 4K (or whatever it is) is still my favorite part of this experience.

I’m so happy they really fleshed this game out. Took the good/okay stuff from the remake and made it all better

I hate mini games and Rebirth is going to have me contemplate quitting if they keep throwing this bullsh*t at me.

Hate to say this but I'm ready to mainline the story and skip the extra stuff. The Ubisoftification of FF lasted two days on me.

I love the minigames, even the bad ones tbh. They're so weird, and cared for - it adds to the vibrancy of the world for me.

My chocobo currently looks like if they made Futaba from Persona 5 into a bird.

Everything you may have read about it being a ridiculous time suck is 100% true. I've basically lost 4 hours in the blink of an eye. I came up for breath the last four minutes of the Bucks game when I switched to the OTA feed of the game. Then I went right back to playing.

Truly depressing on how the game industry is taking all the wrong lessons from these massive IP flops.

I have a buddy who programs for call of duty, and the in game purchases are what their bosses make them focus on. It’s as or more lucrative than the game sales.

But it makes for less, good games to play.
