Heartbreaking. RIP to the man who did everything he could to keep the Bucks in Milwaukee

RIP Herb Kohl. A legend in Wisconsin and Milwaukee. Forever grateful for everything he did to keep the Bucks in Milwaukee. I’m happy he got to witness us win a championship with Giannis.

He got to ride in a Championship victory parade, that ironically never happens if he hadn’t sold the team, but also only happened because he required the team remain in Milwaukee.

And in his most important personnel move, sold the team to the right ownership group.

RIP my man.

Not OT at all. There is no Milwaukee Bucks forum without him, because there would be no Milwaukee Bucks today without him.

RIP, Senator Kohl. You made sure we have the team we love.

RIP. We complained a lot about the teams during his era but we definitely wouldn’t have a team without him. Truly one of the most important Wisconsinites ever for all his work.

Cool that he got to ride in a victory parade.

There is a lot that could be said about his ownership and management. A fair thing to say that no one can dispute, is how much he loved the team and this state.

RIP Senator Kohl.

The team should wear jersey patches honoring him for the rest of the season. No brainer.

Got that championship. RIP

The down years were highly entertaining and made the championship that more special.

RIP Senator Kohl a good man & Milwaukee legend, as much as we complained about his ownership he's the reason why Bucks are still in Milwaukee.

This one hits pretty hard. RIP Mr. Kohl. I'll never forget what you did for our beloved basketball team, and for the numerous talks we had at Ma Fischer's at 2 in the morning. Was always so gracious to me despite me being a young drunk idiot who had just come from the bars, and then later on as a more mature adult.

He deserves all the accolades that come his way for his steadfast support of the team and the state. The economic impact of the Bucks reaches far, and he's a huge reason for that.

I think a young Kohl would have been a dynamic owner, hungry to chase success.

Vale Senator Kohl.
