Cool cool cool.

We're cooked. If Dame & Beas don't take from what he gave, if AJ doesn't see the floor.

Cooked.

I feel gutted. I really hope PatBev can play through it. The whole attitude of the team changed when he showed up. I started believing again. And yes Dame, Beas, and AJ are going to have to play out of their minds defensively.

Play through a torn ligament in the shooting hand? I'm dubious. Unless he never plans to shoot.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I think you need to look for other options for Lopez. He's becoming less and less playable against relevant teams (not really his fault), but that's just the direction of things and he's only getting older.

Yea I wouldn’t have high expectations of Pat Bev playing with a torn ligament in his shooting hand. Maybe he can still try to give it a go defensively but hard not to feel like we’d be playing 4 on 5 on the otherside

He said he played with it torn in the OKC game. It hurt when he took a 3, but he wants to play through it. Here's where he talks in depth about the injury.

Really, I feel like people bitched about it non-stop for 18 months when we didn't pick up after his ten day. That and the whole watch thing...

Yea shooting hand can't expect much. But, 2nd round is like what 6 weeks away? A lot of treatment can be done in that time. But of course you lose in game flow, conditioning and all that.

I need subtitles to watch the Pat Bev podcast.

It's entertaining, but I don't understand half of it.

I understand more of what Pat says than I do the other guy. I think Rone is faking it. Straight up (I think I said that right).

Is it dramatic to say that no bev = no chip? I can't tell. He was the difference maker. At least he will be in everybody's ear.

Looks like this is a manage now/surgery later. Let's hope he gets some magic Giannis healing powers

Losing PatBev sucks, but actually I feel better with a tight 8 man rotation in the playoffs without him. No backup PG means also a bit more ball in the hands for Dame/Midds/Giannis which is something all three need.

Lillard (40)/Pat (8)
Beasley (32)/Pat (16)
Middleton (32)/Jae (16)
Giannis (40)/Bobby (8)
Brook (32)/Bobby (16)

I'm good with that. More Bobby and less Brook against the Celtics. Will be fine.

I tore a ligament in my pitching hand and played through it in rec sports (I know, different for sure) but between some ibuprofen and some beers managed it decently.

Again, I know not the same, but I guess he has access to way better treatments than I did and some much better pain treatment options

I actually wouldn't mind a 3 seed. Pacers seem like a different team with hammered Hali and I want nothing to do with a rested embiid in round 1.

I just don't want to do what it takes to fall that far.

Teams don't play him as a shooter anyway. Think he plays if he can handle whatever pain he has to deal with.
