That was probably the move. Griff tanked Bobby's trade value, but Brook still had that coveted 3&D 7 footer spacer value.

It was the move in 2022 when Brook was one of the biggest reasons Boston advanced. Very good rim protector and boxes out great but one of your top players can't be a matchup liability.

Been pretty clear the entire team hasn't had it in the second half. Doc leaving them out there for punishment? Bit odd otherwise.

Doc getting the Buck's version of Dame to look and play like he actually cared and wanted to be here for 2 weeks after the all star break might be Doc's most impressive achievement.

If they make the ECF that's an incredible success. Painful to say it during a quietly incredible Giannis season.

Here's my only thing....

If Dame is 1-6 from 3 ..ok.. we have to live with that.. future HOFer and keep firing when open... but wtf do we have to suffer through role players like Beas and Pat C doing that? Sub them the F out and get a different role player in.. find the hot hand.. why are we acting like there aren't other dudes on our bench that are basically just as good? Find someone hot.. if noone you put in makes a damn open 3 THEN put the 1st 2 guys back in.. stop acting like role playing guys have a RIGHT to their minutes.. sit them... talk at practice and normalize finding the hot hand and assure them that if you sit them they will still get a crack at it next game.

Certainly didn't expect to win this one, but just an embarrassing effort. No gameplan, going through the motions when the Kings came out with playoff intensity. No one could hit a damn shot to make them question blitzing Dame.
