Giannis will be back for Game 4. I have no real info. Just wishing it into existence.

Yup thats key for next game prep. Have to plan on them guarding him like that, it should be easy to score when one person is being bearhugged full court and a double is sent to him whenever he touches the ball, even if its 87 ft from the hoop

They do but Dame needs to play to pass instead of trying to create separation to score when they are playing him like that.

Defensively, the Pacers missed a lot of open shots. The Bucks have to tighten up their defense.

Khris is still that **** dude. Dame lit them on fire in the 1st half and when they weren't gonna let that happen anymore Khris cooked em.

I'd like to see the Hailburton man screen for Dame more. Bev did it early a few times and then they moved him off Bev. Beasley couldn't really get it done. Hope Doc doesn't lose faith in AJ because he missed some easy looks but I think he could be a contender there, maybe Pat too.

Dame loves to go left but the second half every ball screen was set up for him to go right. Very strange.

Love the small lineups Doc went with. We’re old and slow but not when we’re small. Mids or Crowder at PF is a good thing.

This is just a very different Indy team than the one we played 5 times, all before January 3rd. Siakam is a chucker and someone stole Haliburton's magic beans.

All that said, the Bucks have to play this hard in game 2. It's the playoffs. No nights off.

Good win. I like that we faced a little adversity in this one and finished it off.

Next game is huge. If we can win it, It's money in the bank in terms of time for Giannis to heal. I doubt he prob goes to Indy if we're 2-0 up.

Giannis without the boot on and jumping around all night gives me some hope this isn't a Middleton from 2 years ago situation where they just kept stringing it along and he was never coming back. I don't expect to see Giannis out there Tuesday but I expect to see him for game 3 or 4.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Be Here Now wrote:Outside of the lopsided officiating, Doc was the biggest issue for me tonight. Not challenging the two clear missed calls was a killer, and his loyalty to Beas is very concerning.

Also, really nice to see Haliburton's bitch ass get taken down a notch. He looked small out there.

Gave this boards man love green a chance and he abruptly went 0fer on 3 absolutely wide open 3s beas made a couple huge 3s in the 2nd half

for some reason i just trust our effort now that bev is starting. beasley off the bench works better anyway for other reasons but the defensive energy is going to be there if bev is out there. the energy and talking is just 100x better when hes playing.

offense the ball moves too and were still running an actual offense if dame is getting facegaurded because we have a "2nd pg" out there

its crazy that hes soo cheap the last several years. seems like evrywhere he goes hes great as long as his role isnt as a primary guy

i really wanted him last deadline. that miami series turns out differently i think if wed got him instead of dragic.

Hopefully we can maintain the rage. Whenever we've had a good game like this we tend to follow it up with an ass performance soon after.

Everything I was reading from Bucks players and coaches was about Haliburton and limiting his overall usage and that happened tonight in spades. He averages 15 shots a game, he took 7 tonight. He averages 11 assists a game, he had 8 tonight. Ben Sheppard took more 3 point shots than him tonight. It seems like a lot of the plan is to slow it down and in the halfcourt if Siakam beats you from midrange and Turner beats you from deep you tip your cap because they're not going to be able to do that 4 out of 7 times, or now 4 out of 6, especially since they basically got half the formula tonight and it wasn't a particularly close game because while Indiana made it a game with that 3rd quarter, but it never got to single digits and the Bucks got it back up to 23 with 5 minutes left.

we outscored them in the 4th. the idea they made it a game doesnt resonate with me. if anything clobbered them in the first and then when they made their run in the 3rd and cut it to 12 at the qtr then we came out and cannon bopped em right back a second time when we ran it back up to 23 in the 4th.

we won that game twice tonight. it was like blowouts in the old days where we would run the score up more than once. we zipped them....took a little break..... and then we zapped them.

very encouraging
