I have a feeling Giannis will truly be GTD for Game 3, but he will be back for Game 4 regardless of the outcome of game 3.

Middleton is toast. I've been denying it for too long now, but he just can't stay healthy. I love him, but damn it sucks.

I'll go to battle with BP any day of the week. 6-16 and 11 rebounds (and -5 for those who like using this stat when it suits them). Not great, but again not the main problem at all.

BP is suited as a scoring big off the bench. Not as a starter.

100% agree right up to the point youd argue hes an important piece one way or the other as it relates to the playoffs. bigs off the bench first and foremost in the playoffs have to be able to defend. switch... gaurd the rim. he cant. scrubs abuse him. its his biggest issue

portis has to put up big efficient numbers to contribute. we gonna lose this series on the defensive end. his minutes need to be limited if hes not rolling

If the Bucks had a big who could defend, other than Giannis, you'd have a point. What big would you replace him with?

If the Bucks lose the series, it will probably be because of the defense. BP is not a great defender, but the Bucks got killed yesterday when he was off the court. So the alternatives are worse.

The Bucks problem, like many teams, is when you get past the starting five, there's very little to turn to. And in the Bucks case, they don't have their starting five.

id replace him in the off season. its too late now obviously but its why grant williams and a #1 for bobbys occasional stat stuffing would have been a great move at the deadline. we could have had grant and maybe added another guy with that pick....who could guard 3-5 positions instead of bobby who cant even gaurd his own.

a great defensive guy who buys in game after game and can chip in a 3 or a put back is what youd want in his role imo

i love bobby as a person and when hes rolling its great. theres nothing personal here. its just that as a team we cant guard and one of the reasons why is we dont have bigs like that besides giannis and every other team does

Smokescreen. With G ramping up, think they both play Friday.

Oh for ****'s sake, Middleton...
If we were to be cold and calculating, it would be best to move him.
But who would even bite, with him being this susceptible to injuries.

The game is tomorrow, he might be listed as questionable when the injury report comes out later today but Giannis won't play.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Fine, but now we shift a bunch of minutes to Ajax. Its time.

He already should have been on the court for 10-15. Now its 20-25.

Do not go down on the sinking ship of starting Crowder and playing he and Pat huge minutes.

Once again, Pat looks like he's one of our only role guys who shows up in the postseason, yet people treat him like he's getting played off the court or something. I really don't get it.

After that And1 in the 4th to cut it to 4, Doc should have just left him in. He was on one, there's 3 days between games. Give him burn.

The perils of the spreadsheet geeks and minutes count.

Right, but also we should have been getting AJJ ready by playing him minutes with the starters this past month... but I guess hindsight is 20/20 right? (we've mostly all said this all year)

They are all half the age of the Bucks.

Middleton getting hurt in the playoffs. Sounds about right. Just give him a thank you for your services card and send him away. An nba team can’t have a player making that kind of money on their team if they want to win. He’s best suited for 1 game a week rec ball at this point

So Siakam has played us 4 times this season. Killed us twice in the playoffs, was great in that debacle in Toronto before everyone got pissed at Griff's base D and then wasn't good the 2nd time we played Toronto, where we won without Giannis. Was that just an off game by him, where he was passive, or did we do something different in that one?

I don't care if it's luck or whatever you want to call it....I'm so sick of Khris constantly being hurt.

This is ridiculous.

He's not doing live practice but are we sure he's not yet running? Doc didn't answer Nehm's "walking & jogging?" question clearly. It was "shooting & moving".

In a 12 month period where literally everything the Bucks have done has been a disaster and blown up in their faces.

Bringing Giannis back in a series that you're going to lose anyway only for him to possibly rupture his achilles and miss all of next season would be one hell of an on-brand grand finale for this season.

I said it the other day but if it was up to me there is not a chance Giannis steps on an NBA court suited up until October.

Imagine the Pacers are out there disrespecting and humiliating us for the 57th time this season and then you look over and Giannis is laying on the court holding his achilles as we're down 20 and about to go down 1-3 in the series.

**** that.
