Simmons would have been the 4th or 5th string SF at 8 or 9 million

Please recalculate your contract values---admittedly GADS has limited value

I'd agree he has/had a lot of potential value, proved with the trade. As for proving this, I'm sure there would have been increased mechandise sales, increased television audiences/sponsorship with this but I don't know how much the Bucks actually saw. Also, it's likely that money goes to Herb, not the team. Perhaps he had tremendous value for Herb?

It doesn't take insider knowledge to figure that Yi's great potential, marketing value, skill, and rookie contract give him a high value and that the Bucks would only trade him for high value in return. Kohl flew to China and kissed ass to bring him here, he wasn't going to give him away for Kibbles and Bits.

As for whether Gadz or Simmons had a worse contract, why bother quibbling? Let's just agree to correct it to "arguably" the worst contract on the Bucks and leave it at that.
