I've been snubbed!

I used to lurk on the old JS Online forum until it was closed down a few years ago, then came over here to lurk some more.

I guess many americans didn't vote but still those 28% are impresive numbers for australians.

Who is this croatian guy that voted to make me company? :)

In all seriousness, it's nice to have a forum with such global perspective.

Onya Aussie buggers! We're now at a very surprising 30 Antipodean blokes with a few bloody drongos still hiding like redbacks in an outback dunny. Time for a smoko and a cuppa.

wow, I am surpised at the number of Bucks fans posting on here from Australia. Squad 6 should celebrate "Australia Day" on January 27th vs. the Sixers. They already got the flag and a didge. I don't think it would be too difficult to bust out the Australian National Anthem at some random point during the game. Doing so would have to generate some sort of news in Australia, hopefully creating more Bucks fans!

Its also pretty cool that we got fans in Portugal (a country I am dying to visit), Italy, Netherlands, Croatia, Turkey, Argentina, Cameroon, etc. Spread the Bucks Gospel!

I for one would love to hear a bunch of Americans sing the Australian national anthem. It would make for a really funny moment i would imagine!

Should organise a Bucks drinking morning/game watch in Melbourne somewhere?

That's a decent idea tyland. When's the next Bucks game on OneHD? Maybe a pub somewhere in Melbourne. It'd be cool to get a bunch together, I think a fair swag of the Aussie posters are from Melbourne.

You know if Bogut wanted to bolster Squad 6 a bit - he'd shout us a trip to Milwaukee for a nice little home stand. We'd bring a bit of Bay13 to the mix.

Might start a thread on this and get the ball rolling. Would be a bit of fun to watch a game as a group, and get to see the faces behind the screen-names.

ETA: Looks like the only remaining Bucks games on One HD are on Wednesdays. Anybody able to go to the Turfbar (or another sport bar) in the city on Wednesday during the days for a few quiet ones and to watch the Bucks as a group? Bucks @ Dallas on 27.01.2010 at 12.30pm would be a good option. Day after Australia day and all.

May be a bit harder than expected to set-up a Squad 6 Melbourne Branch than expected...

Milwaukee. MT SINAI hospital. (mother from Beloit, WI, father Puerto Rico)

: L O L :

the importance I'd place on this, same as I do my myself, none.

with that being said I try all I can at all times in correlation with whatever it is I'm simply doing, in various levels/ways that fluctuate. go back to Australian banter, with the finest candor.

Nice! Always wondered what that stood for.

As for the Squad 6 thingy, that's a grouse idea!

Just have to chucka coupla sickies and she'll be right, mate!

I may have to try and organise that next season though. Why don't we have an Aussie Awesomeness thread stickied to talk about all things Australian? I mean, we are 1/4 of the board...
