Early games don't matter, but the Sharks are my Cup favorites, personally, so this could be a big game.

By the way, great to see that last night was a sellout, I know it was the home opener and the Red Wings, but still. Winning should, SHOULD, cure that.

- The Blackhawks will get a second opinion on RW Martin Havlat's injured shoulder and have a more conclusive timetable for his return in 5-7 days. Coach Denis Savard said Monday the Hawks are optimistic he will not require surgery and may miss roughly 3 weeks.
- C Jonathan Toews (broken finger) is expected to make his season debut Wednesday vs. San Jose. He'll center a line with Patrick Kane and Tuomo Ruutu.

They said Toews is ready to go... he'll be on the line I believe w/ Ruutu and Kane

Yeah, that's a shame about Havlat. Truly a guy with all the talent in the world, but has a body made out of glass.

Can't wait to see how Toews performs tonight.

Tomorrow's game on TV against Detroit, it would be nice to beat them... twice in a row!
