Crack..........i dont think so

All of the players mentioned are detrimental to the team

lang hasnt done ****

bert looks lathargic

ozzie has seen his best days pass

lilja is young and not promising

lets move our young guys up like quincey....if he would have played in the regular season he would have been far better than just getting inserted

with all of our vets being as old as they are we need better insurance

filipula, hudler, franzen! thats all i have to say look at the progression of them this last year

our youth movement is taking steps in the right direction slowly but surely

something we have all been anticipating for a long time

Lang isnt coming back.

Osgood is a nice backup for the time being.

Bertuzzi just came off the entire season being a wash due to injury. With a summer of training and recovery i feel he will be much better next year. We got him for nothing too remember.

Lilja isnt young (32 on July 13th), but he is a nice stay at home D-man. I wouldnt be pissed if we moved him tho.

Point is, veterans on the team isnt a bad thing. Do i want the kids to play? Yes, badly in fact. Im a big fan of Hudler, Franzen, Quincey and especially Filppula. They will play. More in fact. Be patient, they will be worked in soon enough.

Agreed, Bertuzzi should stay with us we are a contender year after year. Don't know what the OP was thinking. Lang needs to go somewhere other then here.

Lang is already gone, and I don't care much about Lilja. However, Bert and Osgood are both still very valuable to us.
