Quincey said they were tired after that 5 on 3. They are playing like it now. You can see missed opportunities to clear and that compounds the tiredness. I think we have to weather this period and make a comeback when we're fresher

let's go kings. Hahah nice Octopus, hope somebody is getting crap from the kings fans.

Predictions:

a- fox will bust out another movie quote and introduce his new "thing".
b-Sully gets a goal
c-the refs are hard on the Kings "makeup" style.

Frolov gets it going early with the slow death slider.

we're getting some opps but i'm worried we might crap out again as the period wears on. I think the Wings are a different level of conditioning like the runnin gunnin suns two years ago.

we need to go back on the offensive... looks like we're playing not to give up a goal instead of to dominate.

Danny, I have to hand it to you. Big props for keeping this board alive. lol.

Man, Is it me or does the NHL not market their teams? I really didnt know when the season started and I rarely if ever see any pub and on top of that, I watch sportscenter every day and dont even see highlights.
Just ranting here.. but its really weird.
Cheers. — Mags

Normally I get Spicolli in on threads, but he probably lost faith when I got to this one late after missing the Blues game.

NHL is horrible at advertising, and what's worse is the Kings actually raised ticket prices... jeesh. For the Kings to get a larger fanbase they need to get to the finals and start the ol' band wagon.

If people were watching these games, they'd love this team. They are fun to watch, committed to their new coach and his philosophies, young and growing up fast, and full of guys like Sully, Doughty, Johnson, and Kopitar that are as fun to watch as they are youthful.

Good win for you guys, though. You also got the first power play goal against us.
