Have Ant and Kat ever had a game where they’re both cooking like this? Have they had a game where they both have 30+?

Wolves need some fast break practice, as great as they’ve played that’s been like 4 straight horrific fast breaks lol

Things we’re good at? Third quarters.

Things we’re bad at? Closing quarters. Sometimes slow to start quarters too.

But when we get in our rhythm? Yummy

We play well. Offense is running great and Defense step up. Just be serious for few more min and it will work.

Karl-Anthony Towns at his best is an exceptional basketball talent. He has completely taken over this game.

Wolves rotate so well on D
Reminds me of a volleyball team, really smooth

I can’t wait to get a healthy Jaden McDaniels back to add the league’s best libero!

Just crazy that Town's isn't worth a first-round pick.... inflation is a joke in 2023.

Towns is exhausted, probably needs a breather.

It is incredible how many different ways that Minnesota can beat teams. To be fair, this game looks WAY different with Tyrese Haliburton playing, but outside of Naz Reid, most of Minnesota was clanking tonight, outside of the two stars.

They cannot guard Ant or KAT. All else aside Hali doesn’t change that. They just cannot guard Ant or KAT.

One of the things I like best about Mike Conley (and Kyle Anderson last year), is that he looks at the team and fills in whatever it needs. Towns is also a guy like that. He defers his scoring for the team, until they need it. I think Ant started 0-for-5, so Towns shot more. Last game the team didn’t need his scoring as much, and he focused on rebounding. He always has made an effort to make passes to his teammates, particularly Gobert.

I hope they give Towns a rest. Edwards looks fresh and wants to shoot, but the team doesn’t play defense well when they get ahead and are tired, and sometimes they showboat too much.

I get that Anthony Edwards wants the forty piece, but I think the time to call in the reserves was two minutes ago.

We weren’t supposed to show the league our Shaq+Kobe game yet, but I’m happy to see it live in action.

For most of the years of my Wolves fandom, if our top star wasn’t the best player on the floor that night, we’d lose. We just never had enough talent to keep up.

Now, it’s not like that at all. If Ant has trouble scoring, KAT picks up the slack. KAT is struggling? Rudy can have a big night. Tonight it was Rudy with an off night, and both KAT and Towns helped make this a blow out. We also have players like Conley and Naz and several others that can step up and have a good game when we need it.

It feels amazing to be in this position! The chance that everyone has a bad night at the same time is low, and it’s part of the reason our record contains so few losses this year.

I can tell you with no ego. This is the finest team any of these players have played on. That's saying something. They all have to know this is their best shot to do something big in their careers.
