The DS is certainly going out with a bang.

Anyone getting B/W?

I plan on getting White sometime Tuesday. Are you getting Black or White?

Are they still going to make non3d ds games? Or is that what you meant by going out with a bang?

I think I'll be getting black, for no other reason than that I have a black DS.

And well, the 3DS is coming out in a month or so. So while the DS will continue to have games released for it over the next year or so it's going to start getting phased out. I think that's a pretty strong lineup for the next month or so.

Don't want to tell you info you don't already know, but just in case you don't, 3DS is a full blown new system a la PS1-->PS2. Much more powerful, more features, etc.

I'm waiting for the PSP2 [NGP- "Next Generation Portable"] Supposed to have "PS3" quality graphics but we'll see about that.

That new PSP looks epic. I hated how the old one only had the one joystick.

That touch pad on the back looks like a total gimmick though.

I'm getting the white version since it has the white forest.

I don't know a whole lot about the 3ds. Haven't looked too much into it after I convinced myself into getting the xl 2 months before the 3ds comes out haha.

15 years old just a couple of days ago. Not kidding, every release has been an improvement. The game is as deep as the grand canyon.

2k puts Beasley's handles at 84, and AR's at 64. That don't seem right

How you like the new Fight Night? IMO this game rocks, much better punching system than 'round 4. I've had some problems with downloaded/imported boxers, dunno why.

I downloaded Rubio from player DNA and added him to the Wolves and started association mode.

Then I changed Randolph to a C and started him at C and set him for 38 minutes and Darko @ 10 minutes.

Then I fired Rambis and hired a coach who had like a A - Offense, C - Defense, B - Teacher and A - potential rating and I kept Bickerstaff as my assistant head coach.

I think I traded our 2012 first rounder and some player to the Nuggets for Afflalo/Smith.

Rubio/Flynn
Johnson/Afflalo
Beasley/Smith
Love/Tolliver
Randolph/Darko

That team is one of the 8 playoff teams in the West, I guess Rubio helps alot even though his rating is like 75 as a rookie

It's really fun. I think they punch a little too fast though, kind of rock em sock em. The story was really cool. There a ton of glitches in legacy mode though and they are pissing me off.

So, I haven't played a Pokemon games in like 7 years. How is this new one? What makes it so special? Also, how many Pokemon are there now? I think there was still like 150-200 when I last played.

I think there are 649 but not all of them can be caught in the game.

Is anyone else playing it yet? I went with Snivy as my starter and traded my Simipour for a Growlithe that someone from Japan had hatched. I haven't used it yet.

Level 1
Modest nature
Roar/Flare Blitz/Morning Sun/Will-o-Wisp

Great attacks but correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't it's nature go against it's heavy attack (Flare Blitz)? Seems strange. Or can you not pick the nature of eggs? My knowledge of eggs is very limited.

Yeah, Modest decreases Attack and increases Special Attack. You can affect the nature of the egg by having the female hold an everstone during breeding (which gives the egg a 50% chance of being of the same nature).

Oh so he probably had a few Growlithes from trying to get the egg/nature he wanted. I think I'll eventually switch Flare Blitz to Flamethrower.

It was the first time I used the trade system and I don't know what to think. Am I doing it wrong or can I only request pokemon i've seen? If so why would they have it like that?
