“@Twolves_PR: CONFIRMED: #Twolves hc Rick Adelman back w/ the team at practice this morning.”

Goodbye McLemore.

Happy that RA is back though, no question.

Hello MCW.
I don't think Shabbaz or McLemore were ever realistic anyway.

Adelman, Pek, and Shveddy balls all back. woohoo! We are going to own this homestand.

Great news. Glad he'll be back, along with Shved and Pek too hopefully.

It'd be a huge boost if Brandon Roy would show up out of nowhere and contribute a little.....

We are still going to lose to the Clippers but hopefully win some other games

I think they can realistically go 4-2 on this home stretch.

It's good to hear that his wife is healthy(probably?) and he is back.

I was afraid to open this, thinking it was going to say he would be gone for the season.

There's still a solid chance he tears a few hundred knee ligaments slipping on an icy sidewalk outside of Target Center. All I'm saying is don't count your chickens before you eat them or whatever the saying is.

Vs. Clippers
Vs. Lakers
Vs. Hornets
Vs. Blazers
Vs. Spurs
Vs. Knicks

I'm thinking 1-5, 2-4 at best.

I'm thinking 1-5, 2-4 at best.

Lakers are 5-15 on the road (.250)
Hornets are 8-14 on the road (.363)
Blazers are 7-14 on the road (.333)
Knicks are 12-9 on the road (.571)

Wolves are 11-7 at home (.610)

I think they should be able to take the hornets and Blazers for sure, the Lakers probably, and can steal a win from one of the others (most likely NY).

Yes, this is a bit of wishful thinking but it's not out of the realm of possibility.

In the great news dept: #Twolves Adelman says wife, Mary Kay, is at home and things are looking better.

Jerry Zgoda ‏@JerryZgoda

Adelman when asked if he'll coach Wednesday vs. Clippers: "I plan on it, if they'll let me."

Timberwolves PR ‏@Twolves_PR

#Twolves Adelman in good mood after practice, quipped that he definitely will not be paying the fine for Terry Porter's technical.

Lakers are coming off a win versus the Thunder and are becoming a bit desperate. This is a game they need.
Hornets and Blazers are the two we could win but we did lose to the Hornets earlier and Blazers have a better record than we do. Knicks are a much better team than we are. You have to remember we just lost to the Wizards and Bobcats. That means none of the games are certain wins.

We are also going to have Adelman, and most likely Pekovic and Shved as well.

Yeah, I'm assuming Pek and Shved play all those games. Those two should be healthy and, perhaps more important, rested. Adelman being back will be huge as well. And this team is just different at home vs. on the road. I'm not saying any of those games are certain wins, just my homer prediction.

Adelman isn't going to make 3s or play D though.
