in the lottery if Minny & Ny finish with the exact same record? is there some type of tie breaker scenario?

If I get this right when two teams are tied in his record going to the lottery they receivea an average odds of the two position, lets say the worst recieve 25%, the 2nd worst 19.9%, then both teams will have 22.8% chances of pick first.
Then if neither of them win the top 3 pick, a coin toss decides which team will get 4th pick, then the other will get the 5th.

Here's the lowdown:

The number 1 pick gets 250 combinations, the number 2 pick gets 199 combos.

If Minnesota and New York end in a tie, those 449 combos get split in two. Since 449 is an odd number, that 449th combination is decided using a drawing, coin toss, or whatever it is they use to break the tie (I've heard both). Whoever wins that tiebreaker gets the 225th combo and the other stays at 224 (and yes, who would get the 4th pick if both fall out of the top 3).
