in the lottery if Minny & Ny finish with the exact same record? is there some type of tie breaker scenario?

Here's the lowdown:
The number 1 pick gets 250 combinations, the number 2 pick gets 199 combos.
If Minnesota and New York end in a tie, those 449 combos get split in two. Since 449 is an odd number, that 449th combination is decided using a drawing, coin toss, or whatever it is they use to break the tie (I've heard both). Whoever wins that tiebreaker gets the 225th combo and the other stays at 224 (and yes, who would get the 4th pick if both fall out of the top 3).
