I like that Zach is about twelve years old and has the confidence to jack up shots in the NBA. That's a good thing for a player to have, when coupled with a bit of restraint.

I think he's going to be a really good player.

I like aggressiveness in young players with scoring talent. I like it from Zach and I like it from Wiggins. Let them do their thing and figure it out, maturity will come in time.

Maturity comes from insight and coaching, not automatic. THere are enough kuckleheads out there who have never learned that "me first" is not always the best option. I watch Smitch after those stupid shots and i dont see him give an instant feedback. Look at Pop for reference, if you dont believe me.

Per 36 minutes on the season
Lavine:
20.8 ppg 5.3 assists 5.1 rebounds 45%FG 39%3point

Rubio:
12.8ppg 10.1 assists 5.7 rebounds 36%FG 16%3 point

Lavine:
103 offensive rating 106 defensive rating

Rubio:
105 offensive rating 102 defensive rating

Lavine: 17.52 PER Rubio: 17.50

Lavine is already pretty damn close to being better then Rubio already

Edit: also should be pointed out, Rubio has got to play with Wiggins and Towns pretty much exclusively, while Lavine has had to play with Dieng, Martin, and Shabazz pretty much the whole time

Also Ricky must go against starters while lavine gets plenty of time against bench players.

true but Rubio also got to miss out on guarding Curry, which would of made these numbers probably closer

^ Best vine. I could watch that 100 times. The best part is watching Martin do a girly little celebration dance and KG just shoving him.

This came up on canishoopus and i asked how all 3 of our point guards have positive net ratings. Apparently Zach is hugely positive when on the court with Rubio or Miller but negative when he plays without one of them. Anyone know how to look this stuff up?

Finally had a chance to sit down and watch this game. I love how this team just kind of hangs around. It really seems like in years past, the Wolves would find an opportunity to take a winnable game against a good team and just kind of watch it slip away with a fatalistic inevitability. But with this team, they get in there and score, turn around and get some stops. They're not experienced enough to really put the other team away yet, but they are super stubborn about not letting the other team do so either. Then you have our young studs, who all three of them are great scorers in crunch time. I mean it really amazes me how clutch all three of our young stars are. It's just a joy to watch.

They remind me of Batman vs Mutant in Dark Knight Returns. lol
They force teams to a slugfest. And if both teams are in the mud, its anybody's game
