He is definitly our best weapon at 3. Him and ANT should take the most, others can be share by Mike, Naz, NAW....

That lack of consistency is why he is affordable. He is an excellent 6th man with starter fill in potential. What’s great about this roster is Naz is also a 6th man, and TBJ has 6th man potential. That is why our depth is so good.

Will NAW become extension eligible either this season or next?

After the next season, so he's a decision we have to make after we have to make decisions about some of our other contract issues. I think Rudy also becomes pretty easy to move off of when he's a max contract that's expiring if you need to. I think if we can figure out next season after that it becomes easier.

The CBA only allows contracts of three years or longer to be extended. NAW signed a two year deal last summer.

I knew that from the first minute of NAWs scouting video...

Without NAW getting hot tonight we might have lost this game.

NAW really improve a lot this year. It's a good news PO voming soon. On the other side, he will cost much more to keep him.

Could NAW be the full time guard next to Ant in the future? Or is it best to keep him on the bench?

Similar to Naz, I think you have to find a way to keep him on the roster. He’s a dog and plays with much needed passion as well. He ignites the crowd like Naz and Ant when he’s going too.

I absolutely think it's a possibility. And a show of faith like that is an extra way to keep him optimistic about sticking around past next year.

No player option. It’s just a standard 2 year contract.

NAW for many is the mythical found money player. The guy everyone thinks has a value of X, but really is 3X or 4X. But, for Finch (who was an assistant coach for NAW for a year,) NAW wasn’t simply found money, but a strong investment. Finch knew what he was getting, and now we do too. Definitely a point in his favor for COTY.

DLo 6/7 3s, 18 pts, 5 last in the first 1/2 tonight. Maybe a better conversation is does DLo or Wiggins has higher value at this point?
