Call it degree of difficulty. Plus minus rarely tells the whole story. When you have two non shooters the degree of difficulty for the shooters goes way up.

I am behind a bit 3:47 remaining in the 3rd. I just saw two plays that really tell the story. On the offensive end Kyle starts to drive, stops, throws out, and NAW takes a 3. The paint was packed. Then on the defensive possession Kyle makes a beautiful block and gets the ball for the Wolves. I am not trying to say he doesn’t have value. I am saying that our offense pays a steep price for that value. If Kyle could shoot the 3 at 32% he might draw a defender, but at 10% they win every time he attempts one. When Kyle and Rudy share the offensive options go way down and the degree of difficulty way up. Sometimes that goes our way sometimes it doesn’t, but I think we struggle more with offense than defense.

So we do better when there's a higher degree of difficulty. :noway:

Inspite of, not because of. In case you didn’t notice, we have some really good players. But it does limit the options leading to missed opportunities.

For whatever reason we have been doing better when the degree of difficulty is higher.

Agreed. Why are you reaching on DLo with Gobert waiting for Russell?

Ok, I apologize for waking him up. He was like 1-for-6 when I posted.

I still dislike the guy.

That steal on what was going to be a KAT dunk could have turned everything around, but we got the ball right back for an Ant 1 and a NAW 3
Edit: I guess it was a 2

As a fan, I get not liking him.

But, I have come to respect Dlo. Basketball Savant at a young age, joined the NBA, instantly an 18/8 PG but never really cared all that much about basketball.

Seems like a chill dude off the court too, but yeah, don't want him on my team, but would like to hangout with him.

Did you notice before the second quarter started, Laker coach Darvin Ham was chatting it up with Ant, then they both hugged?

I’m not liking any on court recruiting! Hopefully the media doesn’t run with this.

Hope it’s just a cramp for Towns. The way he straightened his leg could be that or a calf again…

3:37 I don’t think degree of difficulty gets any higher. Triple teamed pass was off and he it’s a reverse.

Finally prince misses one. Get a basket here and I'm going to call it a W. Mike hits a 3 put it in the win column. We took care of business in the 4th quarter.

Still in the locker room. Could be bad, could just be precautionary.
