I'm worried the team will learn the wrong thing from the Hornets debacle. The lesson is not we shouldn't try to feed KAT more. I love that we got him really involved. We just overdid it and everything else was terrible. This team has to empower Towns a lot more on offense. We need him scoring at an elite level and he hasn't done that yet since the big trade. We wont go far without it

yeah, in one sense its impressive how skilled KAT is that he can generate half court offense that way

but its not really something you can do against high level defenses, its not "good basketball"

Not saying exactly scoring like he did in that game but as a whole, we need to find way to unlock Towns as an offensive weapon. For 7 seasons he was unstoppable. No one could stop him from getting 25 points of good efficiency. The only time he ever had a problem was when they started doubling him with a small and cutting off his options. Outside of that he was killing everything a defense could throw at him. Now he is so much more limited on offense.

We will need to get him back to what he was before if we want to be able to go far, we can't just hope Edwards bails us out everytime.

Again, it's Ant bad turnover at clutch time.

I'm putting this one in the win column. Way too hard to get wins against bad teams. However, a win is a win is a win is a win is a win. :D

Thank you Wizards. 20 turnovers. Wolves don't win if it's only 10. It's amazing how much easier to win when your opponent turns over the ball a bunch.

pretty happy with ANT down the stretch, not just the results but decision making
he had the one turnover when he took on like 4 guys and got stripped
next possession he found Jaden when the defense came, Jaden missed good look but Rudy got it out to ANT
Ant took early shot clock 3, but he was pretty wide open

then was in attack mode with Wiz really having no defenders in there to stop him

Happy to get the win. Not a great game but better than the last two, I think the effort was better and a lot of this one was just bad shots and some bad play. We are in a slump and need to find our way. We also miss Mike.

Mike has been able to rest the last two. Hopefully comes back strong.

We pick it up in the 2nd half for the win but still only 15 points from the bench. 41 points from their bench. Kat, Ant and Gobert really came through.

Kat 27 pts on 11 of 24. Ant with 38 on 11 of 28 and Rudy had 19 and 16 boards.

7 turnovers for us against 21 for them. Huge! Some good defensive moments but still not enough of them.

Jonny K is getting better on the post game interviews. Good for him!

Yeah it's kind of insulting isn't it. Do you think the Hornets giving away Rozier for nothing was done to help the tank for next years draft?

Saw the 2nd half late, good win. I still think we need another PG, but at least it is possible to win a game without Mike (I had my doubts.) Karl woke up in the second half, Jaden had a good night with 13 on 5-11 and 5 rebounds. Ant just missed 40 which is funny when you consider he started 4-11. Good taking care of business win.

NAW in the starting lineup and Naz power outage really cripples the bench. JMAC and Shake aren’t exactly known for microwave scoring, and Kyle isn’t known for any kind of scoring this year.
