Mike score all his 13 in the fourth at clutch. This is why he is so important. We miss a couple of 3 , we suffer at rebounding as expected… but we fight hard. Proud of this team .
I agree that Mike was big in the fourth. But, when Karl and Naz are gone our 3 point shooting is dramatically reduced. Mike is the next man up in that regard. He went 1-4 for the game, and that is killer. Besides that, his inability to score in quarters 1-3 really hurts. NAW also had a bad game tonight. The key for our team is to find ways to have more than 2 or 3 of our players go off at the same time. A few games back Ant, Mike, and NAW scored 88 of 118. Tonight Ant and Jaden scored 56 of 112. But in that 88 of 118 Jaden and Naz were bad. Tonight Mike and NAW were bad. I chalk this one up to tired legs. But it is a real shame. This would have been the best win of the season, maybe of the decade.
