Time to Bring Back Chris Richard?

Post#1 » by shrink » Sun Dec 14, 2008 10:33 pm

Sure its against D-League competition, but Chris Richard's last two games have been

24 PTS, 9-13 shooting, 9 RBS
25 PTS, 9-16 shooting, 11 RBS

It would be nice to see a trade tomorrow that opens up a slot, and get him to sign a contract.

remind me... How is his man on man D and his help D. I don't see many blocks. If he is to have a spot on this team, he needs to at least be tough defensively and not completely useless on offense. I know he has pretty long arms ( a standing reach of 9'2) which is similar to elton brand.

I think Sims could at least do what Booth does for us. I e-mailed the wolves about him. We should at least give him a look. 10 day contract, see what he's a about and what he can do. If he could get 5 boards, 2 blocks, 5 points for us off the bench he would be cool. I also like him because he is 6'11". Some actual size for a change.

Sims numbers are pretty crazy. Turnovers are high though... I wouldn't mind another big body on this team we need size bad

If we would have just had Courtney Sims out there tonight. None of this would have happened.

If that's the same Courtney Sims I remember from Michigan, we might be better off trying to find out what Jeff Hagen's up to.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''
