What's everyone's opinion on offering expirings for J Rich?

My heart tells me it's a steal for a dynamic 20 ppg perimeter scorer, but my head tells me to hold on to the cap space a bit longer.

He's grossly over-paid. I'd be up for it if we made like 3 other trades and went for it all now, but not on it's own.

We need to build young first and then if we're close but not quite there we make a deal for someone like that to get us to where we need to be.
