What a choke job by the Clippers. It's amazing how they collapsed during the last 5 quarters of their season. Clippers/Warriors would have been so much fun too. Oh well..

Yep. I really was pulling for a true rivalry matchup Grizz/Clips or Warriors/Clips.

Rockets/Warriors shouldn't be all that bad either. Curry vs Harden should be fun.

Ironic that Harden is in WCF and Russ and KD didn't even make the playoffs

Harden and howard both with big performances and get the win to win the series after being down 3-1 (and down big going into 4Q in game 6).

Cant we stop pretending these guys are heartless scrubs like our "big 3" now? Or saying we wouldnt want howard on our team?

yeah, I can't even deny that, Deron and Joe would have folded after the beating they sustained earlier in the series.

Cavs vs the Hawks will be a very interesting series, I wonder how much gas Lebron has left after already doing 4 straight Finals appearances with the Heat.

Harrison Barnes has been rock solid in the playoffs. He had a very good series against Memphis, was good again last night. It makes me sick watching him play as the sensible move would've been to draft him instead of trade for Wallace. He averaged the same #'s Wallace did his rookie season, while being 10 years younger, making a 1/3 of the money, starting on a playoff team.

His 3 point shooting was great this year - shot the ball at a higher clip than anyone on this team. He's exactly what King said we needed in closing remarks - a 3 point shooter and an athlete.

We were never going to draft Lillard, but this is the guy we probably would've picked had we hung out to the pick and landed in the same spot.

I was watching the game at a friend's house and I was livid watching Barnes tear it up. Every time he hit a shot I got mad as ****.

and King had the GALL to say that they were going to target Zeller.

it doesnt matter who we "would have picked" as that pick would likely have been enough to add to our package to get dwight howard.

If I remember correctly Orlando did not want to deal with us after we tampered with Howard?

Wow I felt like the Rockets played as good as you possibly can vs the Dubs on the road but still lost. Dwight didn't help much but still... this Warriors team is scary.

But King said there wasn't anyone good enough outside the presumed top 3.... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

outside of Davis, wasn't it like TRob n Zeller that King n his scouts fancied?

LOL the two players who were actually on the lower end of talent after that draft...

I believe that Robinson was highly graded coming out of school. I still want the Nets to sign him next year for cheap if possible.

I'm cool with signing him now... he could a lot or nothing at all... seems like the thing to do lol....

Draft time though, I admit I wasn't very fond of Trob to the NETs bcuz I didn't see much of him being an effective PF being undersized(IMO).

The major knock on him in the draft was that he was undersized. If he was 6'10-6'11, he'd be a whole different player to deal with. Those 2-3 inches make a world of difference.

especially for a guy with no reliable jumpshot or solid post game attributes to help offset the size disadvantage

that rumor died down quickly, and we worked with them after. but we didnt have the picks to give them after king had dealt for wallace and we didnt have the cap space/trade exception to give them once we maxed brook and signed johnson.

if we had the #6 pick to go with Lopez plus our 2015 pick that would have likely gotten it done pretty easily.
