Technically Deuce really hasn't even like had the hot hand---he has just been replicating what he has been doing throughout the regular season. He is getting 12points on 43%/38% in the postseason. Thibs is the coach you need to grind for in practice to get your break. He won't give you a chance if he doesn't think you want it bad enough or if you whine about having to pay your dues. Once you do get your chance with Thibs it's up to you to grab the brass ring, because then he'll keep playing you if you produce. Deuce is now one of Thibs cool kids.

At the beginning of the season, if someone said we'd lose Randle and MItch to injuries and would trade IQ and RJ for another guy we'd lose to injury plus a guy who never averaged double figures or started over 50 games in 4 years in the NBA and yet the ECF is within reach, well ---
