1) Dirk took his team to a ring two seasons ago. That's a long time.
2) You're talking about a younger Joe Johnson. He's a different player now than how he was in PHX.
3) Teague started for ATL and they went to the PO's.
4) Bass started for Boston I believe and he was MASSIVE for them.
5) Saying Ray Allen won't make it is silly. You're basing your argument on a "what if" scenario. The fact is that he put up an efficient overall season, had a minor injury setback, but is still one of the best conditioned NBA players in the league. He's also a shooter so his body doesn't take as much wear and tear.

He's talking about the CLE LeBron.

This year, Wade played like TRASH for most of the playoffs and Bosh was injured for the entire playoffs.

This team is about on par with the Mo Williams, Varejao LeBron team. Which is a good team, but not undisputed best.

This was a very hard decision, but I'm glad I decided on Udonis Haslem. I dare anyone to put their frontcourt against mine! Haslem has the 15-18 foot jumper to compliment Gasol's low post game and he has the physical toughness to help Bosh defensively down low.

Nelson and Dudley are my lethal 3-point shooting duo. I also got Nelson running pick and roll all day with all 3 of my bigs.

First off, JJ had his best year defensively for his entire career. Second, his shot is practically UNGUARDABLE. Yes his contract is any issue. However, only by 20% and not an issue for a team with money...

Dirk is a HOF and stil has plenty of years left. Nash, J-Kidd, etc are still able to play with the best players in the world. When you are talking about a HOF who's still in great shape you can't focus on the age.

If you want to say ur team is the best..fine but when you start to underrate guys like Dirk and Joe Johnson you lose a ton of credibility bro...

That team won 60 games. Who is the 2nd All-Star on your team? Varejao can approximate what Chandler brings. Ray Allen is old and Mo Williams can score. Bass and Teague are replaceable.

Trade Announcement:

Jazz receive:

C/PF Tiago Splitter, 212nd overall, and 288th overall
Image

Warriors receive:
170th overall, 184th overall, 237th overall

We like Tiago, but he is going to be a free agent next year and we want someone who is going to be here on a longterm contract. We feel like we can still get a good backup center and that made this move doable for us.

Dirk had his least efficient season since he was a rookie. That's over a decade's worth of basketball. It's no question he's declining. That's all I said and I was right.

I'll admit I did kinda underrated Joe Johnson.. but unguardable? C"MON SON!

My guys are getting underrated too here...

Boston does not make it as far as they did without Bass no questions asked. Anybody who says otherwise didn't watch a single Celtic playoff game. He put up 13-6 on around 48% (?) shooting. Also logged in a block a game. He's a tough player with one of the better midrange shots of the bigs around the NBA. He's going to clear the lanes along with Ray Allen for LeBron and Chandler to work their magic.

Teague has only played three seasons and has improved exponentially each year. He put up around 13 ppg and 5 or 6 apg. He also logged 1.6 steals per game.. he's not a slouch on D. Plays the lanes well. He's quick, smart, and has a respectable shot. Very big factor for the Hawks success this year.
