Random thought: Leon is gonna need to use the MLE to add depth at PG and forward (defense). Unfortunately I'm starting to think that there has to be a stop gap in case OG misses time, it seems like it's an inevitability. I know he jokes about it, but Josh playing 48 mins every night is honestly insane and isn't sustainable.

I'm not necessarily a fan of a Mitchell/Brunson back court but if Mitchell wants to be here you have to consider it. Either way, Bojan/Mitch is enough of a salary slot to add a significant piece to the Nova Boys/OG/Randle core.

Regarding tonight's game: no thoughts at all. The Knicks did their jobs already. The onus is on Indiana to protect their homecourt. I would honestly punt this game if it gets away from the team and try to steal game 4. Hopefully OG will be able to give it a go on Tuesday.

This is the last straw for McBride... if he fails to perform and step up in these two games just trade him and sign Smith Jr with the MLE

Dennis Smith Jr.? He doesn't play the level of defense that Deuce can or that Thibs demands. Besides, Smith is a loser.

Brunson plays 39 in RS and 45mins in PO... it doesnt matter... plus adding a SG star sends Donte and Hart to the bench too

I see your point. Well, we could use an upgrade in backup PG department. I'm hoping that Deuce will continue to improve his handle and PG skills. He's improved in every area so far. He just needs to improve some more.
