I don't watch much Futbol.. but i'm rooting for Brazil. My best friend who moved to Australia a while ago was Brazilian, and my favorite player was Ronaldinho. Sucks how he isn't playing this year. . . oh well, I won't frontrun another team.

Hopefully Donovan shows up for us this year. Jozy and Dempsey will do work this time around.

Italy has no shot. They're lucky they have the easiest group.

And Brazil is always a top favorite, so there's no point in changing since you're still frontrunning lol.

Jozy Altidore>>>>>>>>>

Altidore hasn't proven anything yet. Granted hes young, but hes been disappointing in Europe. The kid couldn't even grab a minute over Rossi (the Italian-American) before he was loaned out and THAT kid couldn't even make the final cut for Italy :-?

Anyway, for 11 tournaments in a row, the winners have been S.American, then European, than S.American, etc. So I'll go with Argentina (despite Maradona's retarded-ness), but I'll be rooting for Cameroon.

Ok, but Jozy is 20, and has shown glimpses. Lets not act like Rossi is some scrub either. He should have made the italian team over some like Quagliarella, and some think he should be starting.

Naw, obviously I rate a starter on a good La Liga team and regular call-up for Italy. Just pointing out the difference in depth between the two countries.

And Altidore has a load of potential. It just irks me when some fans talk as if hes been taking Europe by storm once hes left the MLS. Hes an athletic specimen, obviously, but theres still a sh*tload of room for improvement.

What glimpse is that the one goal he scored for a team that has been relegated down one division in England, Altidore is nothing but hype bro hes a big athletic body and not much else....seeing ESPN's bull about "1950" and the team's fluke performance in the small tournament that means ****, and reading American fans posts makes me hate this team more and more and I consider myself a casual fan but lets be real c'mon...Defense is weak gooch hasnt played a full game since October not to mention he was looking like crap b4 his injury @ milan, Edu is much better starting off than the coaches son, the wings should be fine with Donovan and Dempsey, Altidore needs to explode, the Davies car accident is gonna be a big blow he was the perfect striker to pair up with Altidore

as for the tournament in general Spain has got to be the favorites, ffs Fabreagas will be predicted to be starting off the bench

Players looking forward to watching Ozil (imagine if this dude was playing for Turkey alongside Turan), Hamsik, Alexis Sanchez, Angel Di Maria, Mexico have some nice youth to look @ in Hernandez, Vela, and Dos Santos
"They scared now"
