LeBron prediction from a newbie

Post#2 » by KnicksNation » Wed Jul 7, 2010 2:15 pm

Knicks - 50%
Nets - 30%
Cleveland - 10%
Chicago - 5%
Rest - 5%

Nets have been quiet during the whole thing. But don't ignore them. They're moving
to Kings County and Jay-Z is a part owner. The King loves attention. He will live in Manhatan
if he chooses to play for the Nets. If that's the case, let's get the eggs ready.

Continuing from the last thread:

So the announcement is not in Ohio. Tommy Dee was adamant that Maverick Carter was coming to NY today. Knicks have a HUGE presentation planned for the end of the week. ESPN is located in Bristol, CT. Spike Lee's production company, I believe the rumor was they were producing the LeBron special, is based in Brooklyn. Sounds like LeBron's announcement will be from the media capital of the world. :D -Jitpal

Well the fact that he is doing the hour long special on ESPN has nothing to do with the team he is picking. This is the biggest news of the offseason even if Lebron decides to stay in Cleveland.

Yep, fear the Wheels. I think makeitstop turned the entire luck tide in our favor when he created the av/sig combo pack.

When reporters and insiders speak logically, with reason and sound analysis (us having Amare, us with cap room next year, etc), it always leads to NY. When it comes to wild speculation, it always leads elsewhere. Again...good for us.

Their are no percentages. He has known for two years. This is a decision with fiscal ramifications in the upper 100 millions. It is the Knicks and always has been the Knicks.

Knicks 100 percent.
Rest 0 percent.

I guess he will be doing the show by teleconference. I'm not sure why he wouldn't just go to ESPN studios.

Again, with Broussard saying his bs on ESPN...another thing you can factor in, IF it's true...let's say Lebron really was trying to recruit Bosh to Cleveland. That failed, wouldn't he know that it's going to be virtually impossible to lure that 2nd star to Cleveland?

Hearing Broussard now spew Miami just smells of him being played again by his "intel." Let Miami be the clear favorites and have us swoop in. What he doesn't talk about are the logistics of that actually happening. Either all 3 take less money, or, there is a S&T. Who is gonna take Beasley off their hands just so Lebron can sign. And even IF Lebron signs, they'll have like 10 min players.

Again, when these guys use logic to analyze the situation, NY is ahead...when it's blind speculation that's devoid of logic, it's Miami.

I really believe this guys. Everything points in our direction. The secret Sat meeting that leaked, the Nike insider who is very reliable says Knicks, Spike Lee keeping quiet, Broussard looking like a ghost raped his dog last night when mentioning the Knicks, MSG planning something BIG for Thursday. It all adds up my friends!! The KING OF NY will be here 2morrow!!
