God damn it, delete that post immediately, you know someone will deem it worthy of a thread and people will think it has a chance of happening.

Anyway we can work out a three way to get our pick back? I think that's out only hope. Like dump melo to hou or chi or someone who has an attractive asset for Denver

some of the other so called rumors from this author
http://au.ibtimes.com/archives/articles ... on-aguila/

Celtics Could Get Amar’e Stoudemire, Tyson Chandler, Iman Shumpert in Trade With Knicks for Rajon Rondo

Bulls will get Barnes and Jordan Crawford for Hinrich and future draft pick (likely second-round)

all his rumors are made up, love how he makes it sound official, "gaining buzz" etc

I don't think fans want to dump melo. The problem s Knicks has nmo asset beside Shumpert and Melo. Melo has elected to test free agent, so that meant if he walk, which is highly possible, Knicks will get nothing. If Knicks trade Melo to Rockets for Asik, Lin, Parson and picks, then Knicks can build around the 3 players. Yes, Asik and Lin are backup to the best 5 and 2 in the league but everyone know they are starters.

Beside, what can Knicks offer to Melo that he can't get from other teams?

First of all, I want to comment on your strong English skills. It allows me to identify where you're from and what your motives are. Second, Asik, Lin, and Parsons is already too much for Melo, so it's an insult to think Houston would throw picks in as well. Anyone would do that deal in a heartbeat (with or without the picks), but Morey isn't stupid. As for what the Knicks could offer, it's quite simple, more money and an extra year. Also, they can give Melo the best chance of winning a title with their 2015 plan. If he opts out like he plans to, no team can give him a better shot. The Lakers are awful, and I doubt he'll go to the Bulls to play with another guy with broken knees. He's staying.

i absolutely LOVE how the author points out that Okafor/ANY FIRST was too much for Gasol. But Bledsoe/Okafor/First is good value for Chandler/Shumpert.

That works, but some value would need to be added to give the Cavs a reason to do it.

A follow up example of Bargs for Jack and Clark, would let the Cavs dump Jack's deal.

Tyson/Melo/Deng/THJ/Felton

nice.

Any lineup with that fat **** isn't nice.

An insult to Houston ? Really ? If Asik and Lin are worth so much , then why has Houston been trying to trade them all season without any success ? Those players have negative value due to there production/massive contracts. PArsons is a nice complimentary piece but a role player and he is due to sign an extension next year.. So we get no cap space, no cheap young players under control, no draft picks , not to mention your asking NY to trade for the same player they let go for nothing for there franchise player now...Can I get a PR nightmare ?
