Didn't mean to be so critical. It was just my first reaction.

It looks too old and too busy. It really feels like it's straight out of the 90s. I had no problem at all with the formatting before so it'd be nice to give users the option if possible.

Click on the "My Profile" link below the Board index link and then click on the "Profile" tab. At the bottom of the page you can select your favorite teams in drop down menus.

I like the new layout a lot.
Much more modern. Not sure why people are saying it's old and a 90s look. Disagree strongly.

I like this look now.

Before it really looked like we went back to 1998 in terms of design. The site is much cleaner now. Those thick lines are now thinner and it's more streamlined.

The only real complaint and at this point it's just nitpicking, we still have a lot of whitespace where most of the board links are. It feels like everything is floating there. Maybe add some color to a row like where the links to "My Profile", "{0} new Messages", etc. are but again, no big deal imo.

We've thinned out the line separating posts for better conversational flow on the page.

The logos for each user are stacked vertically so that short posts don't take up extra room/scrolling.

We've now added a +1 below the number showing how many replies within each topic (so that users can click that +1 and see the +1 posts in that topic). You can disable this feature in Preferences > Board preferences > Edit display options > click the No button that is second from the bottom.

i just noticed the "+1" option next to each thread. thats a really nice feature. you can just jump to the post with the most And1s in each thread.

The only "bad" time was when they had all your profile links at the top off the page ahead of the WT...

Making that horizontal blue divider thinner was the key. The whole +1 things under the reply count seems unnecessary though.

For your own view, you can disable the +1 display under the reply count at Preferences > Board preferences > Edit display options > click the No button that is second from the bottom.
