OT: D-Howard From Wire Tap

Post#1 » by MeloTime » Mon Jul 21, 2014 1:28 am

Any read on wiretap...

Dwight Howard believes that Chandler Parsons' departure from the Houston Rockets will not have a major impact on the team next season.

"It won't affect us at all," Howard said. "We have myself and James. We have the best center and the best two guard in the game on the same team. It's on us."

Is this guy insane ? If that the case than why do you get a early vocation each summer. Last time I team had the best C and SG was Shaq and Kobe.

This just in...Dwight is mentally handicapped. Has been since birth but it's getting worse with age.

Well, C and SG are pretty damn weak in this day and age. He might be right but they're still gonna get bounced in the 1st round.

The only I truly see wrong with his statement is them not missing Parsons...they certainly will if the team stays intact.

Dwight and Harden probably are the best big and small tandem in the NBA.

I dont think any guards averaged more than Harden in the position he plays, and I doubt any center averaged more than Dwight either when taking into account ponts and rebounds and actually helped their team win.

Sorry Cousins.

The only word to truly describe him is clown. He will never win anything as a top 3 option on a team

D. Howard... the most immature big man ever. Yeah, I know Shaq messed around in his day, but d.how? Is just a clown.

I have to agree. Ariza will not replace Parsons.

I have always hated Howard. He is so full of himself and the most selfish player in the NBA hands down. I just love it every time he loses in the playoffs.

He's annoying but I have no problem with what he said.

Also, while Morey screwed up with Chandler's option, the Ariza deal is pretty good and last year's Ariza>last year's Parsons.

Let's see what Howards reaction will be when Harden starts averaging 30 shots a game.

And Harden disappeared. You want to call them the best big and small combo they had better have both parts. In the playoffs, as a tandem Alderidge and Lillard out played Harden and Howard. The biggest indicator is the WIN.

I completely agree on both accounts, and I was so mad when we got him at first because I hated him (I still find him irritating, but the hate has died down a little)

But really, what was he supposed to say? He probably could have worded it better, but as everyone has mentioned...the guy is an idiot
