i think it's a private police out on the island, they just shoved us along hoping the next precinct would catch us

0.09 alcohol? I don't mind if someone's reputation gets crushed for punching a woman, fighting someone, for crashing into someone other when drunk, killing someone, rape, ... but it's 0.09. It's nothing.
