That's ridiculous. The dude was injured his first year, missed 4 games and still came back and put up 1300+ yards (Randy Moss level) & 12 TD's his rookie season. At that rate he could've had 1700 yards if he played all 16. He's lightening fast, has spectacular catching ability, and is a smart kid...in his second year he's going to get more attention from defenses of course, but to say he's a 1 year wonder is pure stupidity. He's going to be a special player..anyone who says otherwise is simply hating or just plain dumb.

Of course no one here read the entire excerpt and just base their opinions off what the journalists cuts out to create buzz. He said he is a one year wonder *so far* he complimented his game but also lamented over his professionalism. It wasn't trash talk, it was an educated assessment.

It's basically sensationalism. That is what the media does, they are just trying to get attention.

It's rough not getting attention! I post on this forum and no one ever quotes or and ones anything I say, I must suck pretty bad lol.

Dude we get it. There really isn't that much of a difference from the tweet and what he actually said...like at all. "Right now he's a one year wonder, I need to see him do it on an every game basis"....wtf do you call his first year? Not an every game basis? That's stupid. The guy is still on pace to get 1300 yards again this season. Not sure how that's a one year wonder, but whatev.

Well, it's easier to triple team Beckham this season because no one but Victor Cruz knows when he's healthy enough to play, Ruben Randle shows up when he wants to...MAYBE if Wes Welker has something left, it'll take one of 3 defenders off Beckham.

Cromartie is funny. Guess all of Rex Ryan's talk has stuck in his head.
