From what I remember, I think if you're not endorsing Adidas sneakers, you don't get paid for jersey sales. I forget who said it, but I remember a Nike player saying this when asked...

I think I remember during the last CBA that all "Basketball-related revenue" (including jersey sales, if I'm not mistaken) is split between owners and players (equally within each group).
