Pete called last night's game a must win and then backed it up with 3 hits including a mammoth, clutch home run in the 9th. This is very encouraging.

pete has some life to him. Pete I don't worry about.

A few of the other guys have no business being on this team. Frazier and Ramos are killers man. Frazier has no business taking up a roster spot and keeping Davis from playing and then when Lowrie comes back what do you do send JD Davis down? Or do you cut bait with Hechavarría and keep Frazier on the roster and have no backup SS.

Just cut frazier he's trash!

With Lowrie coming back, there's no way you can have a bench of Frazier, Hechavarria, Lagaras, Broxton (who might be cut) and Davis, along with Nido.
Dom needs to be here. We need at least one decent lefty bat to pinch hit. This is malpractice.

Meet the Mets, beat the Mets. Head to the park and cheat the Mets. We the Mets we confess. Nevertheless we are hexed.

If the Mets don't use this next group of games against sub-par teams, the season is over and Mickey is fired.

This is the most important part of the season.

Hey, bNo, still feel good about not pulling the trigger on the Realmuto trade?

lol don't play this game okay because you'll look foolish, like you did with alonso.

and wheeler

and i'm sure there's others so stop, it's very early in the season and nimmo isn't going to hit .200 all year and you know it. his season has stopped and started between getting hit in the hand and the neck issues.

calm down.

 I knew that would draw you out of your closet. Btw, how long are you going to keep milking this Alonso thing. I saw him in Brooklyn when he played for the Cyclones and could see that the kid could hit up a storm.

But you have to agree, it's "do or die" time for Clueless Callaway, right? They're not bringing up any of our young starters, other than Flexen, Oswalt and/or Santiago in AAA and that's not going to cut it.

Harth, we'll always have that night together watching Matt Harvey pitch at Cyclone Park. Not even bNo can take that away from us.

That's right, brother. Was that the same night Alonso smashed a double to right-center?

nice to know you hate peterson, i guess you're waiting until alonso's ba falls under .250 so you can make a snarky post.

what other met prospects do you want to fail?
