Mbah a Moute is probably a good comparison. The only guy in the NBA who could stop LeBron prior to his injuries.

Don't remember C.J. Leslie.... That's exactly my point..

Westchester is probably just in need of a forward..

Not even close. I'm not saying Inglis is definitely an NBA player, but he has a niche in the league as a defensive combo forward who plays within himself. Leslie had no position or any IQ.

Even if he is the player that Leslie is, that still a good player in some ways. Leslie had an all world body. If this dude is a smarter Leslie, then thats good. Leslie could have been nasty in the NBA. I wanted that dude to stick so bad.

In comparison to other swings in the league, this dude looks kinda slow just judging by the highlights. Don't think he's anywhere near as explosive as Leslie was, but probably has loads more in court awareness and actual desire to play ball.

These are the types of guys you take a flier on, let them work in the D-League and hope they end up rewarding you but lose nothing for treating well...might not pay off now or ever, but it doesn't hurt in any way and could pay off. So why not?

I need to see more footage but the little I saw he looks skilled but extremely slow as hell. Maybe his speed is deceptive.

Lance was a 4 year Duke Player

Inglis is raw

I liken Inglis to a Kyle Anderson type of player, maybe more of a 4 than 3, Boris Diaw-ish, can defend and is only 21 yrs old.

Had very similar PER and per 40 numbers to Kyle Anderson

Hey Kyle Anderson is a solid player. Wasn't he the full time backup to Kawhi Leonard last year? It seemed like he was a legit rotation player for the Spurs last year. He never really wowed me in any way, like not very fast or athletic, kind of a shaky handle, solid shooting though, but if Pop had him in the rotation behind Kawhi then he must have been doing something right. Can't expect too much from a DLeague prospect so if this kid is anything like that then that would be awesome.

He is supposed to have point forward skills, the Bucks drafted him ala Giannis. Kyke had 2 yrs in UCLA and with the Spurs , he is 23 yrs old and probably a yr ahead in terms of development.

But Inglis is 21 yrs old with a 7'3 wingspan and upside, exactly the type of guy I want on huh d-league squad

I'm glad he is still floating around. I think many of the Bucks board felt he didn't get enough playing time at the end of the season when the Bucks were just sucking.

Someone for me to pay attention to. :)
