If we were to somehow get an additional 1st in the 2017 Draft, would y'all be for or against trading it for Jah?

Assume it's non-Lotto.

Heck was THIS close to being a Blazer according to reports.

It just doesn't make sense with Hernangomez and KP If only he wasn't a big.

Nah. We're supposed to be changing the culture. Jah feels like Eddy Curry all over again.

If I had a pick later in the first round, I'm still rolling the dice on a new player, either trying to find the next Kahwhi or the next Jokic, or a complimentary player that plays team basketball and defense. A good-hearted kid who wants to contribute and win and who can stick with the team for years to come based on those qualities alone.

Only if he could be sent to another team. I like KP and willy going forward so far. And I'd rather build a defensive minded environment. Need to get rid of rose, melo, noah, Okafor (we they snag him), and a few others

Willy's not really a defensive player either. He's going to be a solid backup big i see that in his future

Nah, I don't believe KP is a PF, I think that he has to eventually move to center. If anything, we need to acquire an elite defensive PF prospect.

He works his ass off more than most of the current starters. He's also smart. I'm OK with him not being an elite defender as long as he keeps playing like he is. Okafor isn't smart, nor defensive.

And willy is a good defender, but not rim protector. So many people confuse those 2 things and think they're the same.

If I had another first in this draft, I'd keep it until draft night and see if we can use both to trade up somehow.

He's not better than Melo in any way, and is worse in many ways. So he will impact us in all the bad ways that Melo does, and not bring much good. He's an iso player, a bad rebounder for his position, a terrible defender, not good attitude, too slow, and can't shoot. Why would we want him?

Some of the "draft experts" here wanted him over Towns and KP.

Willy is like Kanter, where although his defense isn't good, he's able to make up for that with his rebounding, something that Jah is actually bad at, which is why at this point I'd rather have Willy than Jah

I'd trade Willy for him. Maybe a three-way-deal. Everyone passes on good players here as if we're set. We need to upgrade the roster. Jah would be a nice start.

Jah's rep has really taken a hit on the Sixers. In a better situation he would be more appreciated. But the Knicks don't make sense for him. We already have a collection of serviceable bigs.
