Love the teaser. Did exactly what it was supposed to, tease. Leaves you wanting more. I don't want to see anything insane yet. Most teasers and trailers spoil the movie, this literally spoiled next to nothing.

Meh I'm hoping it's significantly better. TFA lacked any sense of creativity or originality. Too formulaic, was just A New Hope 2.0. The prequels had terrible writing and acting but at least they felt new and unique when they came out. TFA was technically better than them in every way but just felt so bland imo.

Fortunately, most folks have come around to how blah TFA was and completely uncreative.

Basically Lawrence Kasdan turn in the same script of "A New Hope" but with updated CGI/sets, more diverse cast, which I'm fine with. I hope Rey isn't a Skywalker. We've already seen 6 films full of BAD Skywalker parenting/child abandonment. Give me something new.
