Well he’s an expiring contract, we have a lot of money on the books, hartenstein is also expiring and we gotta try to pay him, what you wanna give him? I’m not a cap expert or anything but it doesn’t seem reasonable

Bye mitch

Doubtful. No sign Thibs will part with Mitch. He said recently he will play once he’s ready or something of that sort. He doesn’t change his views and doesn’t think stats or the effectiveness of young players matter

If he is here he likely has his grip and that likely means Mitch is going nowhere

He keeps playing Burks 30 plus once everyone is back he may NOT be here. 8-)

He has been worth that pick and some.

I was one of the few who just knew Precious would be good. Mostly because almost every time he played against us - he did well

I still don't want him shooting the three but he's an amazing defensive power forward. He's an old-school Anthony Mason-Buck Williams type. Does the dirty work. Between him OG (if he can ever stay healthy), teams will hate playing us. I'm eager to see how we do against the Celtics with Achiuwa and OG healthy and guarding Tatum and Brown. We might give them a run for their money.

I know that he's had streaks of shooting the 3 well, but watching his shots, it's hard to believe

Love what he's bring to this team as a versatile defensive big though. Great on the boards & as a screener too. And does it seem like he hasn't had one of those completely baffling...I'm laying on my back and just going to throw it over my head right to the other team...moments in while? Just a wonderful surprise.

Is Precious better than RJ?

at this point, for this beautiful but small stretch of games, he's contributing positively to our team more than RJ did.

should this be sustained, i say yes.
RIP magnumt

I say let him keep shooting those corner 3s and let him become more comfortable. 1 or 2 a game won't hurt since he's pouring in some incredible production.

I love players like him. Hustle and effort are aspects of the sport that go underappreciated but championship level teams always have guys that do the heavy lifting on the glass and defensively.

What a frightening team this will be at full strength. People talk about Boston, good luck to whoever draws this squad in rounds 1 and 2.

His biggest value will come against teams with power slashers - Brown, Siakam, Giannis, Bam/ Butler etc since he gives us the option to put OG on someone else.

Bingo. Let him run after these guys and lay the lumber on them inside. He's going to be an absolute pest which frees up OG to lock in on the wing threats.

If we get healthy before the playoffs, it'll be really interesting to see how the minutes get distributed. Brunson, Randle, & Anunoby will surely get huge minutes, figure 36mpg+, and RobinHart will cover all 48 minutes at the 5. That leaves less than 84 minutes for DDV, Hart, Bojan, Precious, Deuce, & MJ.

We probably won't ever be fully healthy, but Thibs should have a ton of different options with which to deal with different problems and he can really play the match-up game / feed the hot-hand. Thinking about all of the different lineup combos that could be effective for us depending on the opponent, must be fun for this staff.

The dude deserves shots and takes good ones. Don't care if he misses. He's earned it and has a high IQ on offense too.
