I would......i highly doubt POR does though.

trading the 09 first is OK in my opinion becuase Rudy Fernandez would basically be our first round pick. i dont see us getting a top 5 pick and i think Rudy would be a lotto pick if he came into the draft this year..

Sergio could also be a guy who can succeed in D'Antoni's system

hey whats going on guys im new to the board, ive been reading the forums since i can remember so i just decieded to join. this trade is a no brainer but also not possible rudy fernandez himself is an outright stud and he will be a star in this league i dont think there is anyway that we could pry him away from portland, but serigo on the other hand would be a great fit for this team

Yeah, I'd do it, no doubt but no way Portland would. Rudy could be a starter for most teams in the NBA, unfortunately for him, Portland already has an all-star at SG

Me too. Portland gets the fewest fastbreak points in the league and both of those guys are ideally suited for the D'Antoni system. We should make them a primary target IMO.

I would. Rudy is/will be an above average SG in this league. This issue is that we can't trade our pick so it doesn't really matter.
