To justify my McClain pick, He's a powerback - When Baltimore gets near the endzone, the ball will be in his hands. At the same time, I'm not sure if him being part fullback is a good thing.

all of yous have pretty good teams. im in this league with 14 teams all together which is a lot! if i win 1st place i win a little over $1,000 and i put in $125 for the league. Since there are a lot of teams, nobody has a crazy team like there would be with 10 or 12 teams. this is it:
QB Donovan McNabb-PHI
WR Greg Jennings-GB
WR DeSean Jackson-PHI
WR Derrick Mason-BAL
RB Adrian Peterson-MIN
RB Ray Rice-BAL
TE Dustin Keller-NYJ

Bench:
QB Jason Campbell-WAS
WR Kevin Curtis-PHI
RB Correll Buckhalter-DEN
RB Michael Bush-OAK

Kicker:
Jason Elam-ATL

DEF/ST:
Arizona Cardinals
Chicago Bears

what do you think??? i am expected to win Week 1 so far

Too many teams posted to rate them all but overall Id give just about everyone here at least a B.. damn good knicks board.

Knicksblood.. we're in a similar situation, $75 a team 14 teams $1000 to first. Compared to the teams in my league Id give you a C.. seems about average. Not trying to be a dick, but I like my team a lot more:

Palmer
Hasselback

Gore
Westbrook
Pierre Thomas
Glen Coffee

Braylon Edwards
Bernard Berrian
Kevin Walter
Kenny Britt

Dustin Keller

San Diego D

Matt Stover (for the first week at least).

What do I know though? Good luck.

..should be noted that we're allowed one keeper in my league; I held onto Gore (and threw back Moss).

I know everybody always thinks they have the best team but I am extremely pleased with what I got this year. I am surprised at some of you guys that drafted two TE. There is always a solid player available on the waiver wire for which ever week your player's bye is. Plus you never get anything that substantial from the TE.

Anyway my godly roster is:

QB - Phillip Rivers
RB - Deangelo Williams
RB - Steve Slaton
RB/WR - Joseph Addai
WR - Marques Colston
WR - Chad Ochocinco
TE - Dustin Keller
D/ST - Steelers
K - Nate Kaeding

Bench
QB - Eli Manning
RB - Laurence Maroney
RB - Le'Ron McClain
RB - Fred Jackson
WR - Eddie Royal
WR - Chris Chambers
WR - Hines Ward

As I said, TE, D/ST, and K, are easily replaceable. I'm a big waiver watcher, worst case scenario you play the matchups week by week.

thanks for the opinion, idk i really like my WR's since Greg Jennings is Aaron Rodgers number 1 target, Derrick Mason is Joe Flacco's number 1 target, and I have the combo of McNabb and DeSean Jackson which will give me a decent amount of fantasy points. As for my running backs, i got Peterson so thats obviously good, Ray Rice is risky but if he does end up starting, he will get fantasy points. If not then i have Buckhalter who is 1st on the Broncos depth chart as of right now. Dustin Keller was the best available TE at that time when i drafted him. And compared to the other teams in my league i looked into everybodys numbers and schedule, i do have a pretty good chance of winning some money.

Starters:
QB: Jay Cutler
RB: Pierre Thomas
RB: Felix Jones
WR: Dwayne Bowe
WR: Antonio Bryant
WR: Braylon Edwards
OP: Larry Johnson
TE: Jason Witten
DEF: Chargers
K: Rob Biornes(sp?)

Bench
QB: Kyle Orton
RB: Justin Fargas
WR: Nate Burleson
WR: Kevin Curtis
K: Shayne Graham

Notes: My league is an ungodly 14 teams (@ $75 per person) with $25 a week for highest scoring teams. My league counts pretty much everything (Points per catch, Return Yards, etc) and its a keeper league from last year where I had a guy who's suspended for 3 games this year & another injury prone back. So I went strong with WR this year. Having to rely on Cutler is gut wrenching....
