Let me ask another question: If Milwaukee lost early in the playoff again, which is highly likely, will Giannis wants out? Could Orlando trade for him since he already signed the extension?
Yes he'll help.

Could Magic wait for another year from spending big on Free Agency and signing Donovan Mitchell be the plan for Orlando, if he wants to be here? 8-)

Klay is done. He is 34 and his knees wont allow him to be the shooter and the defender he used to be. And if he leaves GSW its for one reason only - looking for one last paycheck, which means he probably wont bother too much to play.

But why would Bucks let Giannis their best player in 50 years leave? If they go out early in the playoffs it would be because he is injured. They try it again one more time, hoping to gel bether or they try to trade Dame, who maybe doesnt want to be there - he wanted to go to Florida, maybe we can get him, but do we want it and at what price?

I personally find him to be very tempting. His offense is super star quality

Probably 3 first round picks plus Suggs, Cole and Jett. Will you do it?

But I think the question shouldn't be if Trae will make Magic immensely better. But will the addition of Trae make us a Contender? If with the growth of Franz and Paolo, could this team have a higher ceiling of being in the Finals and eventually win one? Trae has a big contract but he still have minimum 3 years left on this contract. Franz extension will kick in. Paolo's extension will kick in and that is why trading away Suggs wouldn't be a bad choice salary wise. Even though it takes gamble, but this gamble of trading for Trae will either make us or doom us even eventually kill this rebuild, do you agree?

THIS.

No homer now but a lot of teams watching thos season saw the impact of Suggs on winning games compared to Trae. Their value on a team wanting to win is getting closer than ever.

No outside basketball, marketability-wise.. Trae already has his own shoe so he trumps there.

I would give this years picks, Jett, Black and filler for Trae.
Not changing this Sig until the Orlando Magic win a championship (Technically Started 1-30-08)

Nah people on here knew he would be dropping 40+ his rookie year. Never could have traded for him for sure.

Mitchell doesn’t want to be here, he wants New York.

For bad teams, not us. Too many negatives with Trae, stay away.

Easy to poke holes in his game but realistic context is “star”….what criticisms of Trae don’t fit on Luka too?

Luka’s better- just need to keep Trae’s status in the league realistic. He’s an elite passer in addition to prolific scorer. Personally, I’d prefer Murray to drop right into ORL’s lineup as a better 2-way fit…but it’s just silly to talk about Trae like he’s just a guy. I generally disagree with people suggesting impotent offensive players (like Caruso, for example) so they “don’t take shots away from Paolo”…but Trae or Luka really would…they’re as ball-dominant as any players in the history of the NBA - for better or worse.
