Yes.
And here I thought it coincided with Franz injury.

He such a liability on defense, I can't stand it.

Idgaf if he's Franz's brother. Franz should be level headed enough to understand minutes shouldnt be handed out based on family bonds. If we want to be a contender we can't be giving him minutes in the playoffs

Offensively, he’s kept us in numerous games, often times the best offensive player on the floor. I think he’s a value get. But he should be playing the 4 next to Goga. And if he’s not “on”, he doesn’t need to play.

The wild takes tonight about the wheels falling off and how the team needs to have better composure don't describe the players but rather those saying it.

Come on now.

The Bucks were slumping worse than us until recently as they just smoked the league-best Celtics before their big game tonight.

It's the NBA. It's up and down. Take a breath.

If we beat Philly, we're in because the Heat lost tonight.

If we beat the Bucks the final game and Indiana loses, we're in.

I'm saying that if we lose to Philly, which is probable.. the Pacers game happens before our final game. If Pacers win that, we're 7th.

Takes are real.

Magic have looked like ass for a few weeks now and at probably the most crucial leg of the season. Sometimes even against absolute bottom feeder teams.

This team isn’t serious, has real roster issues, and cannot be consistent enough to be playoff caliber.

Damn, if Pacers win both games we are in playin regardless, a win at 76 would be a miracle for us.
Phila can get to 47 wins as well and we are ****.

He's doing everything he can on the offensive end, inefficiently, and with no spacing. The kid probably get beat up every night.

What’s the point?

Sneaking in, in a trash East. What to add merit to the Moseley extension?

I completely disagree, it’s the fans expectations that is completely off and embarrassing . The bucks are a contending team with vet players while the Magic are young and rebuilding team with key injuries.

That’s laughable. Wow. I audibly chucked there. Thank you.

The Magic are one of the youngest teams in the league playing with out their second best player and starting shooting guard vs a vet mil bucks team who can be in the finals this year. Did you really expect this to be an easy even without Giannis? The early success has many fooled. The magic weren’t even supposed to be in this position.

Problem is, a player as poor as him defensively will be ABUSED in the playoffs. He already gets abused on defense even when playing with Isaac at times. Without Isaac its scary.

We should be looking to get bench scoring from another player, a player we get during the offseason who can provide that kinda offense without being such a liability on the defensive side of the ball.

Defensive liability big men cant get playing time for good reason in the modern NBA

Basicly our playoffs hopes are in Cavs, Bucks and Hawks hands now. That Charlott loss was indeed a death mark.

It's not likely at all. It can only happen if we beat Philly away (prob not happening) and if Indiana loses and we win our final game (toss-up).

If we lose the Philly game and Pacers beat a struggling Cavs team, doesn't matter what we do the last game.

He's placing in the hypocritical that Indiana beats Cleveland which isn't a given. If Indiana loses to Cleveland and we hypothetically lose to Sixers. The Magic only need to win 1 game still to get in at that point.

Sorry but Paolo running out of gas isn’t a lack of effort thing. It’s a roster/coaching thing. Guy is young and ready to go. It’s not like he’s Joe Ingles.

Paolo still isnt used to it. He is still in his 2nd year.

You got college guys who play 28 games a year with 4-7 days break per game then now you make them play 82 games regular season? His body maybe young but still not used to it.

It so disappointing because they've shown glimpses all season and really if they can pull it off and avoid the play-in I think they can put together a good series in the playoffs. They've just collapsed in every facet over I dunno, the last 10ish games or so. Ultimately my annoyance is directed at the front office. I can only that they are in the hot seat this offseason for the first time in 7 years, meaning pressured to improve the team.

This isn’t the NCAA where one game a team can go on a run like NC State….

The Magic offense will be exposed so bad in a series

I mean.. the way this season ended left such a bad taste.

Does this team deserve the playoffs? Does the FO deserve the talking point of “we made the playoffs” with the job they did this past offseason?

No, it was in Orlando's hands and they decided to not show up and win the games they needed to win. Everything else is just consequences.
