Realtor.com: Link

Hitting the market in recent days is the Lantana, FL estate of one Richard DeVos, the billionaire owner of the Orlando Magic. DeVos, who ranks 60th on The Forbes 400 with a net worth of roughly $5 billion, is asking a cool $24.9 million for the oceanfront Palm Beach residence.

Set on a prime lot of 1.7 acres, the estate boasts 22,512-square-feet of living space, complete with seven bedrooms and a total of 10 bathrooms. Luxe features and amenities include a grand, marble-lined foyer with a curved glass staircase, an elevator with access to the home’s three floors, vaulted ceilings and numerous wood built-ins. Head out to the backyard and one will find that he billionaire style found inside was not spared on the exterior of the property. An infinity pool and spa, flanked by rows of palm trees, sits beside a massive outdoor kitchen and patio area, and look out onto a private dock and the ocean.

He should have let me list it for him. I would have donated part of my commish to help pay for Duhon's buyout.

Can he attach the house to trade offers? Like say Duhon and the house for a real PG and 2nd rounder.

It sure looks nice, but I'll pass on it because I'm sure the electric bill would be over $400 a month.

aol4532 on bill russell
I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

LOL. Over $400 per month. Heck, I used to pay that much in an old house that had Two A/C units. One for upstairs and one downstairs for only 3500sf house.

This house is 22,000sf living space. Hence, you are talking like over $3k a month being we kept the temps set about 77-78 degrees.

Houses for sale by owner are more common than ever but still, purchasing a house entails more than just looking through the pages of classified ads for any house for sale.
