So, what if Victor puts up 21.9PPG 8.2AST 4.6REB 1.9STL on 44% shooting in his third year... We all would consider him a top 10 player right???

meaning what? he isnt a good player? then feel bad for CP3, Patrick Ewing, Charles Barkley, Karl Malone, etc, etc.

If you did your homework and read this post I have said multiple times he is a GREAT player. I also said he isn't going to lead a team to a championship. Nobody denies his talent. Anyone can post random utube clips of a player making a good play. I can throw pics of Turk making amazing plays too. Or anyone else for that matter. But Westbrook is a chucker and will never lead a team to a championship unless the right coach gets a hold of him.

yes, anyone can post random youtube clips of a good play, just like anyone can post clips of a player making a bad play. And that was all that i did. I didnt say he was this superstar that would lead anyone to the promised land. He makes some incredible boneheaded decisions. But my post was in response to Majortom wondering why people were high on WB, basically doing what you say no one "denies his talent". that is all, nothing about him being or not being a chucker.

My apologies then bud. We have been talking about this whole Westbrook thing for a few pages now and commenting on his ability to lead a team to a championship etc. So when you chimed in I was under the assumption you were on the same conversation as us. So my bad! :)

Elfrid finally makes to the CP3 camp after being snubbed last year.

Allen Iverson had those kind of numbers his whole Sixer Career. But still can't knock the fact that he was a gifted scorer.

i think the term "good high volume" scorer would fit those two more.

Awesome. Interesting he played a bit with Oladipo and even Siva before. Great fun read. I personally think he will be a special player in the league.

He's gonna be soo damn good man..

Obviously his jump shot isn't anywhere near great.

But I almost think it might be mostly mental at this point, like Dwight with his free throws. I mean the reports that Elfrid shot the ball so well in workouts and 3 on 3 and hit 30 straight 3s etc. Almost makes it sound like maybe the first half of the season he was just nervous.

Not unlike his first summer league game, he looked crazy nervous handling the ball.

Maybe I'm being overly optimistic but I think his second year he'll show to be a capable shooter.
