I hope Dwight Howard returning to Orlando and we also sign Kevin Durant in 2016/17.

Elfrid Payton
Victor Oladipo
Kevin Durant
Aaron Gordon
Dwight Howard

Magic, Howard and Durant will win their first NBA title in 2017/18.

Haha yea I bet he didn't even read it.

Nice name, btw - Mr. Show with Bob and David?

Sorry, but saying he didn't even read it is as ridiculous as saying he wrote it himself. Unless you meant someone read it to him?

Good decision! Good for him! If he signs 7 year max contract, this could be his last. Why not retire to the team that adores and loves you. Plus it's his home team. Good for the Cavs!

Eh...Thinking more along the lines of his publicist or whoever saying "no worries Mr. James, it's been taken care of" as he boards a private jet bound for Brazil.

While this is nice for the fans of Cleveland who got screwed in 2010, you can't help but htink it's way too much coincidence NOW that the Cavs got 3 # 1 picks in the time Lebron was away, and suddenly his back with this hogwash sob story about going home. Fact is Wade is done and he knew the Heat were done. Add to the fact how interesting it is the the Cavs hired David Blatt as head coach. What a way for the NBA to insure that he is a success here. Whats more annoying is how Bosh played Houston to the point of them trading Lin and a 1st round to sign Bosh and he bails on them. What a douche. And I doubt it's over, now the Cavs expect to get Kevin Love and not give up Wiggins. Really? If I''m the Wolves, why help out the NBA, I mean the Cavs?

I hope no one here thinks he would have left if the cavs were Grade A garbage.

Just look at his website, he's a business man selling the world a product. Now he gets to turn all those frowns upside down and be loved by all once again... GTFO.

If the cavs were stuck with the picks they deserved instead of Lady Luck slobbing all over Gilbert's comic sans D and had a record like the magic's the last two years, Lebron wouldn't be "coming home"<<<<F'ing ESPN headline BS.

The only good thing about this will be better parity within the league. Just don't fall for the Bread and Circus that LeBusinessman is throwing around.
let paid professionals do their job, don't you try and do it for them...

dont you mean 4? as long as the big 3 were together they always made the finals.

I think they should absolutely trade Wiggins for Love. I think Wiggins is gone in like 4 to 5 years to Toronto anyways.
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

As told to SI's Lee Jenkins:

The last 4 years have been great. I enjoyed winning those 4 rings with LeBron in Cleveland, or Champion City, as it's now called. But I grew up in Canada, and I want kids there to take pride in their country rather than feel like they are merely part of America's hat.

I'm coming home.

It only made sense for James to go back to Cleveland. First, it is a huge positive PR move. Second, the Cavs are younger and more talented than the Heat at this juncture. 3rd, if they do win a title in Cleveland, he will go down as the greatest sports athlete in that city, even bigger than Jim Brown. 4th, there is no place like home. 5th, LMAO at the Heat (lost James, signed a role player to 118 million, got humiliated in the finals, etc..).

Any way, this actually brings my attention back to the NBA. The east is pretty much wide open again. Doesn't mean there is one team in the east that can beat the likes of the Thunder, Spurs, Blazers or Rockets when those teams are completely healthy. It is the west's to lose for the time being and the foreseeable future.

Everybody makes mistakes. Lebron and Dwight both made mistakes.

Why can't we just forgive Dwight like people did in Cleveland?

After all, it's a NBA championship that really matters!

We had the best of Dwight. I don't want the rest of Dwight. I'm very happy with the culture and team we are building now.

Ehhh people that are saying they don't want Dwight back isn't any different from those Cavs fans 4 years ago saying they'll never welcome LeBron back. Yea, I haven't heard a peep from them; although I'll admit I haven't been to their board.

LeBron is still the best player in the world and Dwight isn't the same specimen he was before the back injury.
